Like all professional courses you will get out of it what you put in. Our teachings offer you a framework and methodology to be successful. Whether or not you achieve this depends on whether or not you follow our teachings and whether you put the time and effort in to make it a success... like all things in business!

Important note:

This course was originally written with recruiters placing contractors in mind (staffing in North America).  If you are placing candidates into permanent jobs (direct hire in North America) you can still follow this course but there are a some slight differences:

• Do not send CVs/resumes to clients without having a contract in place
• You should negotiate to get paid on the day your candidate starts, or, even better, get a retainer so you are paid 1/3 up front for you to start your search.
• CVs/resumes are much shorter than for contractors: 1 or 2 pages.

The other principles explained in the course remain valid.
